1. Check Out Your Introductory Email
Shortly, you will receive an email with the first coaching video. It will also include a link for downloading the app and a purchase code with which you can log in.
2. Download the Journey App
In your introductory email, you'll receive a link to download the Journey app: a personal coaching app with lots of great features to help you on track in your fitness journey. Once you're logged in, you'll receive push notifications for your daily coaching videos, be able to view workout and nutrition videos, and have access to your entire video library.
