The coronavirus has got us all down. But exercise is a great way to keep looking and feeling great. It increases your energy levels, improves your mood, and boosts your immune system. 

Here are three simple workouts you can do at home. As a bonus, I've included my nutrition guide and a video on supplements.

Workout 1

You'll get a great workout that is both aerobic and anaerobic. In other words, it will help you build muscle and get you in great shape.

Today's workout: chest, shoulders, and abs.

Workout 2

Today's workout goes through four cycles of exercises. Remember to keep up the pace to maximize your aerobic benefits.

Today's workout: back, biceps, triceps and abs.

Workout 3

This is the most challenging of the workouts. Legs can be tough! But the benefit to your overall fitness and your ability to build fat burning muscles makes it all worth it.

Today's workout: legs.
